More Than Coffee

Our journey began nearly ten years ago with Texas Gourmet Coffee, our private label coffee company dedicated to sourcing specialist-selected, premium coffee beans. We’ve always dreamed of bringing that same quality to a brick-and-mortar coffee shop, a place where people could savor our coffee in a warm, inviting space. We tried twice before to make that vision a reality, but the timing wasn’t right. When life took an unexpected turn and both of us lost our jobs, we saw it as the perfect opportunity to try again—this time, with everything falling into place.

Tumbleweed Coffee & Bake Shop is the culmination of two passions: Texas Gourmet Coffee, our private label coffee company of nearly a decade, and Tumbleweed Bake Shop, my wife’s home-based cottage law bakery that has delighted customers with baked goods made with organic, non-GMO, dye-free, and additive-free ingredients for years. By blending these ventures, we’re creating a one-of-a-kind space in Aledo that pairs our expertly roasted coffee with wholesome, handcrafted pastries. Every cup of Texas Gourmet Coffee and every bite of our baked goods reflects our commitment to exceptional quality and wellness-focused ingredients.
